Where the dispatch system sits
A common question is whether our dispatch system conflicts with an existing WMS. It does not: one sits below the other.
ERP
Enterprise resources: decides what gets made.
MES
Execution: decides what this line does and when.
WMS
The warehouse: decides where goods sit and where they come from.

The robots: which one goes, by which route, who has priority at junctions and when it charges.
The upper three tell the dispatch system “move A from here to there”; the dispatch system works out how. Integration uses standard HTTP/JSON interfaces, and the VDA5050 standard interface is also supported, so robots of other brands that follow it can be connected too.
